Having worked globally as a sound recordist in locations like Ghana, Florida, Mexico and Iceland, Mark is certainly up for a challenge.
With a background in IT and video Mark combines these to offer more solutions to productions, taking on some of hear more more demanding projects expertly.
Mark’s roster includes BAFTA and Rain-dance winning projects, Television, Documentary and a host of commercial shoots. An excellent communicator and keen on exceeding clients expectations you’ll likely speak to Mark at some point.
When not behind the faders you’ll probably find him up a mountain or taking photos.

Rufus builds on an extensive experience in the world of live music, drama and commercials with an international roster that recently shoot a documentary in Bermuda.
A brilliant on set demeanour with technical skills to boot, make Rufus an asset to the hear more audio collective.
When not at the faders Rufus enjoys live music, cooking and is a dab-hand at DIY!

Bogdan is a seasoned boom operator and location sound recordist. Cutting his teeth in the world of drama for the likes of Netflix, Disney and Sky, he has the problem solving skills to deal with any situation.

Rajan is a proud member of BAFTA crew. If not working in the film industry with the likes of Stormzy and Sir Lewis Hamilton, Raj would probably start a fashion brand, another of his passions. He’s recently completed narrative projects for the BBC and Netflix.

There aren’t many situations Martyn hasn’t seen. When he’s not mixing over 16 channels on set he's likely to be found playing a few instruments, not always at once! He also loves going to gigs or taming his dog Bruce!

Javier is a sound recordist and sound designer from Barcelona who traded sunny Spain for bustling London.
He has worked on a variety of shows, including travel documentaries all over the world, as well as corporate and online content.
Javier is an asset to any production with great people skills and agility to deal with changes in production.
He has a strong fascination for East Asian cultures and is currently learning Japanese and Chinese languages.

Owen began his audio journey at 13 learning studio equipment to record local bands. After a 1st Class BSc in Music Technology at university he began working in commercial studios until 2010 where location recording for film, documentary and commercial became a calling.
From documentary to drama , commercial to motion capture, bag or cart , he has a wide range of experience, the latest professional kit and still has a passion for the craft of audio recording.
He is a full member of Association of Motion Picture Sound (AMPS)

Based in the West Midlands, Arthur is not only a dependable asset on set but has also lent his expertise to dialogue editing on acclaimed titles such as 'Civil War' and 'Wonka.'
Beyond the mic, Arthur finds joy in the culinary arts, exploring the great outdoors through hiking, and indulging in a challenging game of Minesweeper!

Kyle moved to London from Glasgow in 2013. During his masters degree he focused on electronic music production and studio recording. After graduating, Kyle completed training as a Sound Operator for TV Broadcast at MAMA Youth Project based in Sky Campus, Osterley
Kyle has over 5 years experience in a mix of content including reality tv, features, and online content.
A quick thinker he’s often praised for anticipating/Identifying technical issues and fixing it to ensure dialogue is captured cleanly every time.
He’s worked with names like Helena Bonham Carter, Pierce Brosnan and Olly Murs just to name a few.
When Kyle isn’t on set, you’ll find him head down, producing house music, playing Resident Evil or cuddled up with his Shih-Tzu “Laika”.

1st Assistant Sound
Zak is a sound assistant who’s worked with us on various project around the country.
His work has spanned various sectors of the industry, including independent features, documentary content, and even Hollywood productions.
Zak is a people person, an excellent communicator and praised for putting people at ease and being adaptable to the needs of a production.
He is also a proud representative of several neurodivergent groups in the industry, such as ADHD and Tourette’s Syndrome.
